Basil-Rubbed Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1 Limes juiced
- .25 c Fresh Basil chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Drizzle lime juice over pork chops on a baking sheet. Rub the basil, garlic, salt, and pepper over the chops.
- Cover the pork and let stand about 30 minutes.
- Preheat an outdoor grill or grill pan on medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
- Cook pork on grill 5-10 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
