Instant Pot Salsa Lime Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1 c Salsa mild or medium depending on your heat preference
- 1 c Tomato Sauce
- 3 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 0.5 tsp Sea Salt
- 0.25 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 4 tbsp Lime Juice
Instructions:
- Add salsa, tomato sauce, chicken, salt, pepper, and lime juice to Instant Pot.
- Cover and lock lid in place. Select HIGH PRESSURE and 5–6 minutes minutes cook time.
- When timer beeps, turn off and use a quick pressure release. Check and make sure the chicken is cooked to 165° F.
- Remove chicken to serving dish.
- Select SAUTE and cook sauce, stirring frequently until sauce is desired consistency. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve.
