Lemon Herb Chicken Breasts
Ingredients:
- 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Lemons cut in half
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- .5 tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 sprigs Fresh Parsley
- .5 tsp Sea Salt
- .25 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Squeeze the juice from 1/2 of the lemons into a large bowl., then add the chicken, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the chicken and juice from remaining lemons. Sauté for 6-10 minutes per side until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with parsley.
