  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of coconut oil.
  • Add the chicken and cook until lightly brown, stirring regularly (about 8 minutes).
  • While the chicken is cooking, mince the ginger and garlic and set aside. Chop the green cabbage and set aside.
  • When the chicken is almost done, add the garlic and ginger and cook for one minute or until fragrant.
  • Add in the cabbage and cook until wilted, roughly 5 minutes.
  • Add the sesame oil, fish sauce, coconut aminos, and maple syrup and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Make a well in the center of your pan and add in the whisked eggs and scramble.
  • Once the eggs are cooked, mix in with the other ingredients.
  • To serve, take a wrap and spoon in some of the filling and sprinkle with chopped green onions. You can also serve this with rice.
